We are seeking to hire an efficient Customer Service Representative for our client in the Furniture sales industry.
The ideal candidate will facilitate relationships between the company and its clients, resolve issues, help drive sales by cross-selling and upselling, and create memorable experiences that boost brand and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
Maintaining a confident yet empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Having and demonstrating good product knowledge in order to provide adequate assistance when required.
Relegate unique customer cases to supervisors or the appropriate department and provide context when necessary.
Assist customers with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Preserving records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
OND / NCE, or General Education Degree.
At least one year proven customer service experience.
