Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.


• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.


• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.


• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.


• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.


• Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT and corporation tax.


• Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.


• Assist with year-end audits and other external reporting requirements.


• Provide financial analysis and support to management as required.


• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field


• ICAN or ACA certification required.


• Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial accounting or related field


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices


• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
