2W & 3W Spareparts
Responsibilities
- Report to the Profit Center Head
- Identify, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desired monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Responsible for Channel Management; Retain existing dealers and add new spare parts retailers to increase genuine spare parts penetration
- Consistently achieve sales targets
- Increase distribution network
- Ensure efficient parts allocation
- Coordinating Dispatches with Stores Team
- Effectively ensure the fulfilling Branch requirements
- Lead demand generation activities (Below the line)
- Ensure training and development of the sales team
- Carry out regular market intelligence activities
- Build and maintain relationship with all Stakeholders within the industry
Educational Qualification
Experience
Skills Requirement
- Indebt knowledge of 2w & 3w spare parts business
- Functioning of Internal Combustion Engine (ICE)
Ability to penetrate new markets
Expertise with Microsoft Office Tools
Excellent Sales and Marketing Techniques
Leadership skills
Target driven approach
Team player
