Responsibilities



  • Manage the kitchen activities to ensure it’s smooth & efficient operation

  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, & presentation to ensure guests receive the best quality food

  • Control food costs & inventory

  • Train & supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality & service

  • Develop & maintain recipes & menu items, ensuring food quality & accuracy in portion sizes

  • Maintain a clean, organized, & safe kitchen environment

  • Manage vendor relationships & order supplies

  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification.

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience.

  • Female.

  • 28 - 35 years old.

  • Culinary certification is an advantage.

  • Previous work experience in this role or as a Chef, Cook or a similar role is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, & presentation.

  • Experience with ordering food supplies/ingredients, inventory management, & portion/food cost control.

  • Leadership skills & the ability to motivate & inspire team members.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment & multitask.
