Job Description
- We are looking for a highly efficient Customer Relationship Manager, who will provide support, escalate and track second-level support issues to resolution. This involves ticket logs and follow-ups.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client enquiries and provide guidance on the use of application features via phone calls, email, and Skype, respond to general clients’ enquiries and requests for additional services.
- General user support interactions with clients via remote connections to ensure client satisfaction in line with the company’s business goals.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of errors and discrepancies encountered by clients during day-to-day application usage.
- Routine preparation of commercial bank client usage reports for purposes of billing
and invoicing; ensure that all bank clients maintain acceptable levels of reconciliation regarding
transaction entries originating from the BankOne suite of applications.
- Conduct training sessions from time to time on demand for users on new and previously existing BankOne features.
- Ensure resolution of all reported issues within acceptable TAT and in line with
defined policy standards and SLA.
- Ensure achievement of all non-financial goals relating to bank client relationship management.
- General user support interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction in line with the company’s business goals.
- Active engagement in the achievement of goals and objectives in line with the company’s mission, vision and values relevant to the responsibilities granted to you, which may be amended from time to time.
- Respond to client enquiries and guidance on usage of application features via telephone, email or instant messenger.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of errors and discrepancies encountered by clients during day-to-day application usage.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Suite - especially Excel.
- Basic accounting knowledge & reconciliation Skills.
- Candidates who are analytical, problem solvers, excellent communicators and team oriented and can show empathy when managing customers.
- Experience working in Fintech and with Core Banking Applications.
