Responsibilities:

 



  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support business goals and drive growth and profitability

  • Oversee all financial reporting and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements

  • Direct the budgeting and forecasting process, including the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans

  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making at all levels of the organization

  • Manage the organization's cash flow and investments to optimize financial performance

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and financial institutions

  • Evaluate and manage risk, including the development of risk management strategies and policies

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and support of business goals

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance, professional development, and a culture of continuous improvement

  • Participate in the development and execution of overall business strategies, contributing to the success of the organization as a whole

  • Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group

  • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to overall decision-making and strategic planning


 Requirements:



  •  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; MBA preferred

  • Professional qualification or membership in accounting professional bodies (foreign or local)

  • 10 + years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving growth and profitability in a complex business environment

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and Sage300

  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial reporting principles and practices

  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial guidance and insights

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex financial strategies and initiatives

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and industry dynamics

  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus

  • CPA or CMA certification is a strong advantage
