Develop and implement financial strategies that support business goals and drive growth and profitability
Oversee all financial reporting and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
Direct the budgeting and forecasting process, including the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making at all levels of the organization
Manage the organization's cash flow and investments to optimize financial performance
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and financial institutions
Evaluate and manage risk, including the development of risk management strategies and policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and support of business goals
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance, professional development, and a culture of continuous improvement
Participate in the development and execution of overall business strategies, contributing to the success of the organization as a whole
Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to overall decision-making and strategic planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; MBA preferred
Professional qualification or membership in accounting professional bodies (foreign or local)
10 + years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving growth and profitability in a complex business environment
Proficient in the use of MS Office and Sage300
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial reporting principles and practices
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial guidance and insights
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex financial strategies and initiatives
Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and industry dynamics
