Job Responsibilities:



  • Manage and coordinate import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements.

  • Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, including customs requirements, trade agreements, and licensing.

  • Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions, including documentation, invoices, and shipping details.

  • Prepare and submit necessary import and export documentation, such as customs declarations, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

  • Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movements, and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.

  • Address and resolve any issues or delays in import and export processes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.

  • Stay updated on changes in import and export regulations, trade policies, and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure

  • effective coordination of import and export activities.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members involved in import and export operations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on import and export activities, including performance metrics and compliance status.


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in import and export operations.

  • University degree or its equivalent in the field of Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply

  • Chain, and Transport management.

  • Candidate to work at our airport office, office complex or cargo complex.

  • Knowledge of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.

  • Candidate must have an impressionable personality with strong authority, relationship background, and pedigree.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and manage teams effectively.

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
