  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team and handle cash transactions in our lounge.

  • As a Lounge Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing payments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining financial records.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and organizational skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor.


Responsibilities



  • Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Calculate and provide accurate change to customers, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.

  • Maintain an organized cash register and secure cash handling practices at all times.

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.

  • Assist customers with any inquiries or issues related to payments, receipts, or general lounge information.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any payment discrepancies.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customers.

  • Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls and security measures.

  • Communicate any issues or concerns related to cash transactions, payment discrepancies, or customer interactions to the appropriate personnel.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualfication with 1 - 2 years work experience.

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar cash-handling role is preferred.

  • Strong numerical and math skills, with the ability to perform accurate calculations quickly.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions and maintaining financial records.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Integrity and trustworthiness, with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of financial information.
