  • We are seeking a professional and attentive Waitress to join our team and provide exceptional service to our lounge guests.

  • As a Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome lounge guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Provide menu recommendations and assist guests in making informed food and beverage choices.

  • Take accurate orders from guests, including special requests and dietary restrictions, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

  • Check on guests periodically to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or requests.

  • Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages, including garnishing and quality control.

  • Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide guests with receipts.

  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

  • Collaborate effectively with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and any issues or concerns to supervisors and relevant team members.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.

  • Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is required.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse guests.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately take orders and handle cash transactions.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage service principles, including proper serving techniques and etiquette.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
