JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for going along with a driver to the company’s designated vehicle and carrying out deliveries as assigned.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
- Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.
- Adhere to basic food and package handling standards and protocols.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide real-time delivery updates via the company’s delivery application and Slack.
- Collect and file a signed copy of proof of delivery.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Source for 3PL partners where additional capacity is needed.
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Minimum O’level certificate with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience.
- Able and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
- Able to assist clients when needed
- Physically able to lift and carry products.
- Owning a smartphone
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
