JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for going along with a driver to the company’s designated vehicle and carrying out deliveries as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.


• Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.


• Adhere to basic food and package handling standards and protocols. 


• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


• Provide real-time delivery updates via the company’s delivery application and Slack.


• Collect and file a signed copy of proof of delivery.


• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.


• Source for 3PL partners where additional capacity is needed.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Minimum O’level certificate with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience.


• Able and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties


• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines


• Able to assist clients when needed


• Physically able to lift and carry ​products.


• Owning a smartphone 


• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed​.
