Job Roles

• Identifying destination locations,


• Making travel arrangements and route plan based on road and traffic conditions


• Helping staff in and out of the vehicle,


• Maintaining the vehicle clean and in good operating condition,


• Routing checks on the company vehicle.


• Ensuring that company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.


• Keep record of journey made and fuel usage


• Making service appointments.


• Reports any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or SSCE


• 2 - 5 years work experience.


• Valid Drivers’ License


• Valid Lasdri License


• A good driving record (should be able to drive both manual and automatic cars)


• Sound knowledge of road and safety rules


• Ability to utilize Google Maps, GPS system and car manuals


• Effective written and communication skills
