Job Responsibilities



  • Plan and prepare detailed administrative budget

  • Maintain conducive working environment

  • Vehicles must be cleaned and documentations up to date

  • Respond to enquiries from walking customers

  • Maintain inventory log to ascertain current items and the reorder level

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports as required.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in any management discipline

  • 2 - 3 years work experience.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suites

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Goal Oriented and Customer Focus
