Job Description:

• Perform pre- and post-flight fueling of aircraft.


• Carry out daily quality control checks on all fueling equipment to ensure that products are free of water and sediments.


• Operate fuel trucks and equipment, such as pumps, hoses, and meters.


•  Maintain fueling equipment and facilities.


• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.


• Communicate effectively with other crew members and air traffic control.


• Prepare and keep accurate daily records of fuel transactions and inventory.


• Carry out daily dips on the refuellers and state the stock in the daily operations report book.


• Fuelling aircraft in line with the standard procedures and work instructions


• Raising of fueling ticket


• Liaise with AFO / DS on ad-hoc sales for proper service delivery and documentation.


• In the absence of supervisor, liaise with airline officials on issues concerning proper service delivery.


• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Basic knowledge of aviation and aircraft fueling procedures.


• Familiarity with fueling equipment and safety guidelines.


• Understanding of fuel quality control and testing procedures.


• Knowledge of emergency procedures and response protocols.


• Familiarity with computer systems and software used in fueling operations.


• Awareness of environmental regulations and their impact on fueling operations.

Qualification and Experience:

• At least 2 - 4 years of experience as Fueling Crewman or related field.


• Minimum OND in any numerical field.


• Experience in working with a team of employees.
