Location: Jamata - Lokoja, Kogi

Responsibilities

• Initiating plant start-up sequence.


• Hourly check of co2 purity with the use of co2 burette


• Monitoring all the various processes of liquid co2 production.


• Charging of ammonia (nh3) into the co2 condenser.


• Refrigerant oil injection.


• Recording plant production parameters


• Maintenance of POV(pneumatic operating valves)


• Maintenance of co2 scrubber pump.


• Observing all safety precaution.


• Ensure the smooth running of plant during production of liquid co2.


• Loading of bulk tankers for customers.


• Supervising cylinder filling station.


• Cleaning and maintenance of equipment’s and tanks.


• Pressurization of co2 plant.


• Cleaning of filters, and change of oil for refrigerant compressors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND / OND with at least 4 years relevant work experience.
