Job Description

• Servers Infrastructure - Physical and Virtual


• Networks - Data, Voice and Wi-Fi


• Property management systems (PMS) and Sales & Catering System (S&C) replacement or upgrade and alignment


• Central profile solutions (CP); Central reservations systems (CRS)


• Revenue management systems (RMS)


• Various middleware / Interfaces


• Data warehouse, reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) – Interface Only


• Sales force automation (SFA) - Interface


• Customer relationship management (CRM), Point of Sales application


• Back office accounting software application


• Procurement and inventory management application, IP TV

Scope

• To identify IT related risks and issues and discuss it with Hotel Management and Regional team. to ensure PCI compliance


• Smooth running of all computer systems.


• Training of basic functions of user software.


• Regular information to IT management about the new computer trends for the future.


• Regular data safe /backup and regular IT Status report to the GM.

The following duties within frame of work:

• Hardware, Software,Information/Data Security, Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline with 5+ years relevant work experience.


• Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems


• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills


• Master’s Degree in a related discipline will be an added advantage.
