Job Description
The Brand & Communications Analyst (BTL Expert) will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and improve brand reputation
- Building brand equity through various BTL activities such as experiential marketing, activations, events, and promotions
- Conducting market research and analysis to develop insights for strategic direction and decision-making
- Creating and managing all BTL marketing materials, including brand collaterals such as flyers, pamphlets, and merchandising items
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of BTL campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired results
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaign plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 1 year working experience working for a marketing agency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret market research data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
