- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
- Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
- Produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
- Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
- Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Compose compelling content for all marketing channels
- Present Company’s products and services to meet customer needs.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Research, contact, and track new sales leads
- Resolve customer service requests and questions
- Work with operational groups to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Provide client demos and training on products in person and via webinars
- Help plan and coordinate sales and marketing events
- Generate sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
- Engage with and answer questions from clients and potential customers about product and service benefits
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends
Requirements / Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working in sales or marketing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
- The ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interested in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
- Self-starter who leads by example and personal involvement.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Eagerness to compete and overachieve.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Experience working with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Experience working with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc), Microsoft Office, corel draw, canva, video editing and marketing software
- Ability to learn new systems
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
- Knowledge of Email Marketing tools is a plus
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
