Job Description
We are searching for diligent and hardworking Business Development Officers in our Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt Branches.
Responsibilities:
- Leading generation and following up on all requests for quotes and solutions, actively pursuing lead generation activities.
- Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of sales of Fiber/Radio internet services to private homeowners and corporate organizations.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding constomers' requirements and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by scheduling meetings, making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts.
- Establishing, maintaining, expanding and taking ownership of customer relationships.
- Completing all other related administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- A Degree in Business Development, Business Management, Economics, Communications, International Relations or other related courses.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience or of working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proven sales track record.
- Must be staying in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt.
