Responsibilities

• Preparation of management account 


• Preparation of IFRS account 


• Review of all LPO and Material requisition and its authorization 


• Review of all cash and bank payment voucher and its authorization 


• Determination of VAT value on monthly basis for the company and its invoices


• Handling of all Banks facilities 


• Handling all bank correspondence i.e. reconcile all bank statements and monthly financial reports.


• Maintain the company bank balance and remain cognizant of outstanding cheques.


• Review of imprest book 


• Vetting of sales invoices and writing of customer balances in the production order


• Preparing payroll for salary payment, PAYE remittance and Pension remittance 


• Review of all ledgers 

Requirement:

• BSc Accounting
