Job Summary



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced operations officer (Male) to recruit for a client in the Agrotech sector at lekki.

  • The operations officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and optimizing business processes.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be detail-oriented, I.T, and digital marketing skills and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate and manage all operational activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.

  • Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Analyze data and provide reports to senior management on operational performance.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management and Admin duties.

  • Strong leadership, supervisory skills, and management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of process improvement and optimization.

  • Must be proficiency in Microsoft Office, I.T skill and Digital marketing skill.

  • Ability to travel outside lagos, Should also reside within Lekki and its environment.
