Job description
We are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to play a key part in supporting the delivery of successfully integrated business development, international student recruitment and marketing activities across all core target markets.
The role holder will be responsible for the planning, organising and delivery of key strategic business development, marketing activities and campaigns, managing a high successful visa application for students and informing prospective students about opportunities to study in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, and UAE while raising the profile of Study Affairs. The role holder will also be responsible for increasing the volume and quality of student enquiries and subsequent application and enrolment rates.

This post will involve some national and international travel.
Core Personal Skills
The individual must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in the international education sector. Provide evidence of working in a fast paced and target driven organization within the international education sector and delivering on ambitious growth target. He/she must possess the ability to take initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
Minimum Qualification Required:
Educated to master’s level or equivalent qualification at Higher Education level

Enterprise and support for Income generation:
Understands the critical importance of income generation, in particular from student recruitment, and is alert to the opportunities for increasing income.

Organises work for optimum effectiveness and meet deadlines, using all the resources, tools, and methods available, so that the objectives of the role, team and organisation are met.
Ability to deal with multiple channels of enquiries, e.g., email, calls, etc.

Makes optimum use of appropriate digital technology and IT systems in all aspects of the role.
Team leadership and Management:
Leading and managing team(s) successfully towards specific agreed outcomes in ways that engage, motivate, and develop team members.

Ensures that all staff managed are properly, deployed and developed in their role, and are enabled to make their contribution to the achievement of short- and medium-term objectives and longer-term organisational success
Resource Management:
Ensures that the resources required are available at the right time and in the right place, and appropriately monitored, so that the work can be done effectively and efficiently.
