Job Description

• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and experience in developing and deploying high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems.


• The candidate will work closely with other team members, including front-end developers, product managers, and mobile App Engineers, to develop and deliver new features.

You will

• Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


• Design, develop and deploy backend systems and APIs using modern technologies and best practices.


• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of the backend systems.


• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.


• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.


• Identify and troubleshoot issues with the backend systems and work with the team to resolve them.


• Work with other developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery of the product.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and the fintech industry.

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in backend development.


• Extensive hands-on experience with our tech stack, including but not limited to: Typescript, Nestjs, Postgres, Redis, Typeform and Docker.


• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Experience working in a fintech startup or fast-paced environment.
