We are hiring a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills and a great work ethic to manage customer request and complaints ensuring they receive stress-free services/support and all their needs are met timely.

Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, follow up on customer order and send report.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Update database and give report.
Work with sales team by following up appointments with customers.
Update customers’ records.
Escalate customers’ complaints to appropriate team.
Meeting deadlines.
Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors.
Requirement
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
0-2 years of proven customer service executive.
Advanced computer literacy especially with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social media, Email marketing tools, and Database.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
