Job Description

• Making bids on potential building projects.


• Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project.


• Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements.


• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs


• prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents


• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations


• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines


• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related field


• Previous experience as an architect preferred


• Excellent technical drawing skills


• Knowledge of Microsoft office and software programs such as AUTOCAD, Revit, Abode Creative Suite, Newforma, e.t.c


• Excellent attention to details


• Written and Verbal communication skill


• Strong creative and visualization skills


• Ability to prepare and present presentations.
