Actively pursue the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
Track staffing requirements and oversee the hiring of new employees as needed.
Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Track company-wide financial information and review reporting for management.
Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent services.
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
Collaborate with and supervise cross-functional support teams in improving tools and systems for business efficiency.
Recommend strategies and advise the Creative Director on issues that pertain to the development of the company.
Ensure that the company’s activities remain compliant with statutory directives.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all financial, human resources, and safety compliance directives.
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure proper operations of the organization.
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.
Oversee training and development of all employees in line with identified needs.
Organize and monitor the implementation of periodic performance appraisals.
Provide monthly reports on key operations of the company not limited to: Human Resources, Finance, production etc.
Oversee materials and inventory management.
Receive, review, and compile reports from the management team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 4 years relevant work experience.
