Responsibilities

• Execute all visual designs from concept to final hand-off


• Conceptualize original website or graphics design ideas that bring simplicity & user friendliness to complex features


• Update the website content


• Develop design briefs & present ideas to supervisors/stakeholders


• Present & defend designs & key deliverables to stakeholders & supervisors


• Establish & promote design guidelines, best practices, & standards


• Develop illustrations, logos & other designs using appropriate graphic design software


• Use appropriate colors & layouts for each graphic


• Assist the creative director


• Liaise with the content creator/social media officer & supervisors to produce final design


• Test graphics across various media


• Amend designs after feedback within the agreed timeline


• Ensure final graphics & layouts are visually appealing & on-brand


• Other duties/special projects assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND / Bachelor's Degree


• 2 - 3 years work experience in this role or a similar one


• Female/Male


• 24 - 30 years old


• Strong ability to translate requirements into design


• Excellent graphic design skills


• Proficiency with necessary software tools for website management & graphic designing


• Good analytical & proactive thinking skills


• Creative flair


• Effective communication & interpersonal skills


• Organizational & time management


• Attention to detail


• Research skills.
