Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers


• Making menu recommendations, answering questions & giving accurate information to clients


• Present menu & provide detailed information on items on the menu (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)


• Inform customers about the day’s specials


• Up-sell additional products when appropriate


• Receive online orders & communicate order details to the kitchen staff


• Meet personal & sales team targets


• Process & confirm payments of customer


• Ensure sales reconciliation


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience in customer service, administration, sales or a related department is an advantage

• 21 - 28 years old


• Strong communication & interpersonal skills


• Previous work experience in this role & industry is an advantage


• Attentiveness & patience for customers


• Strong organizational & multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
