Making menu recommendations, answering questions & giving accurate information to clients
Present menu & provide detailed information on items on the menu (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
Inform customers about the day’s specials
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Receive online orders & communicate order details to the kitchen staff
Meet personal & sales team targets
Process & confirm payments of customer
Ensure sales reconciliation
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience in customer service, administration, sales or a related department is an advantage
Female/Male
21 - 28 years old
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Previous work experience in this role & industry is an advantage
Attentiveness & patience for customers
Strong organizational & multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
