About the job



  • The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality-of-service delivery to PS Halogen clients is consistent with PSM standards.

  • The Job holder is also responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies for PS Halogen, monitoring compliance by conducting inspections, identifying process issues and presenting solutions.

  • Service Assurance

  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures

  • Regular review of service delivery for conformance with SLAs

  • Ensuring that reports due for submission to clients are submitted as at when due

  • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed

  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors

  • Identifying and resolving workflow issues

  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit report.

  • Compliance Monitoring

  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests

  • Ensure operational compliance to all laid down policies of the company.

  • Drive conformance to QMS ISO9001:2015 standards for PS operations; document control, SOP compliance and report collation.

  • Process Improvement

  • Review of PS operational processes and making recommendations for improvements

  • Creating training materials and operating manuals


Qualifications



  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

  • Relevant professional certification from a recognized body.


Experience



  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in security operations or as a Quality Assurance Specialist

  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
