Job Description

• Promote/market client’s products to prospective clients.


• Conduct physical evaluation of potential client's business(es).


• Conduct verification for guarantors as provided by prospective clients.


• Analyze financial data of clients’ businesses.


• Carry out simple analysis of quantitative and qualitative data of client businesses and households.


• Prepare loan documents for Credit Committee to support decision on loan approval.


• Present loan files to Credit Committee for approval and disbursement.


• Enter loan files in the company's MIS.


• Conduct monitoring visits to business and households after disbursement of loans.


• Follow-up on clients to ensure timely repayment of loans.


• Manage loan recovery from active and write-off client to ensure all loans given to clients are recovered.


• Assess the impact of loan on the clients' business before seeking loan renewal.

Qualifications

• BSc/HND qualifications in marketing, business administration, economics, social sciences or other related field.


• 0-2years working experience


• Employability skills training certification would be an added advantage
