The reservation office is an interface between all hotel selling outlet and the external customers.
The reservation office also manage both online and off line marketing of the hotel and must be on top of all booking agencies requested with the hotel.
Handling guest requests as well as being fully aware of the GTFL check-in and check-out procedure and specific allocated administrative tasks are completed accurately.
Ensuring GTFL policies and procedures are maintained to the highest standard.
Must be knowledgeable of all hotel products and services.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
