The Sales and Marketing Manager, under the direction of General Manager, maximize revenue by selling the products and services of the hotel to previous, current and potential customer.
Development of people and programs to effectively position the company’s services and project with its target audiences.
Responsible for the creation of a consistent brand message for all marketing activities.
The role includes strategic initiatives coupled with day-to-day tactical execution.
Success in the position will be measured by sales target achievement, public relations presence of the firm, increased inquires and lead activity, as well as company and product awareness.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
