Responsibilities



  • Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity.

  • Oversee day to day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.

  • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment and creating innovative approaches to improvement.

  • Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality.

  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.

  • Provide guidelines and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.

  • Recruit, onboard and train high performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, business plan objectives.

  • Maintain task timelines to ensure tasks are completed or accomplished effectively.

  • Develop, implement and maintain budget and resource allocation plans.

  • Delegate responsibilities to the best qualified employees.

  • Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values.

  • Dissolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.


Requirements



  • B.Sc in any relevant discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience on the role with track records of performance.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role

  • Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.

  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.

  • Performance evaluation experience and working knowledge of human resource processes.
