Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity.
- Oversee day to day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment and creating innovative approaches to improvement.
- Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- Provide guidelines and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
- Recruit, onboard and train high performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, business plan objectives.
- Maintain task timelines to ensure tasks are completed or accomplished effectively.
- Develop, implement and maintain budget and resource allocation plans.
- Delegate responsibilities to the best qualified employees.
- Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values.
- Dissolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
Requirements
- B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience on the role with track records of performance.
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
- Performance evaluation experience and working knowledge of human resource processes.
