• Bullying & harassment policy


• Company property management policy


• Travel policy


• Health & safety policy


• Employee welfare policy


• Exit management policy


• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


• Develop performance management framework/policy


• Develop grading structure

Requirements

• BSc / HND


• 7 years of experience in HR


• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred


• Relevant academic diploma in Human Resources management
