Job Summary



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a proven track record in sales to join our customer service team.

  • As a Customer Service Representative with a strong sales background, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while effectively promoting and selling our products or services.

  • Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach.


Responsibilities



  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses via phone, email, or chat.

  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, including upselling or cross-selling products or services when applicable.

  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.

  • Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately.

  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, promotions, and policies to address customer inquiries effectively.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and convert potential leads into sales.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to business growth.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.

  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer issues effectively.

  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

  • Candidates should have a strong sales experience.
