Responsibilities



  • Provide proactive consultation, critical evaluation, and support to HPL Functional leaders and employees on issues where HR expertise can influence business results.

  • Assess HR processes, identify and implement changes to ensure both continuous improvement and a progressive HR mindset.

  • Drive recruitment activities to fill vacant roles.

  • Maintain employee records and all HR operational documents according to company policy and legal requirements.

  • Provide support on developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

  • Drive ongoing performance management, partnering closely with managers to ensure consistency in calibration of performance records.

  • Coordinating and participating in HR projects as a functional expert and thought partner, through collaboration with the Leadership team.

  • Collect, analyze and summarize data and trends, understanding the importance of Data Integrity and HR Analytics and proposing and driving solutions in response to trends.

  • Organize and coordinate learning and development programs.

  • Partner with Employee Services Unit on key initiatives.

  • Ensure data integrity of HRIS (BambooHR & Orion)

  • Process and complete all pre-payroll, payroll, and post payroll activities efficiently and promptly.

  • Track and ensure accuracy of attendance and payroll data.

  • Maintain a payroll database.

  • Manage employee benefits.

  • Manage regulatory remittances (Tax, Pension, NSITF, Group Life, ITF, NHF. etc.).


Qualifications



  • B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or related discipline

  • Associate member of CIPM highly desired

  • 3 - 4 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in FMCG(Compulsory)

  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong self-management skills.

  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talentmanagement systems.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in FMCG industry.

  • Good relationship management skills

  • Fast Learner.
