Job Summary

• Achieve total revenue Budget for the year (as applicable to the outlet)and Achieve Budget EBITDA For the Outlet.


• Achieve 40m Monthly sales and Achieve 40% Monthly Cost of sales


• Ensure 100% PPE compliance in the outlet and Ensure 100% compliance with standard food handling procedures (Zero Food poisoning. Clean environment )

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Proximity to Island is key


• Preferably Female
