The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department/team.
Working with the team & external Agents to ensure that each one is performing their job effectively and in accordance with company standards.
He/She is also responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to other members of the sales team.
Responsibilities
Sales Management:
Identify opportunities in the market to increase sales volume and profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings.
Coordinating the sales team to prepare for robust sales events such as sales promotion campaigns and festivity campaigns.
Oversee preparation of product proposals and presentations.
Review market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in AMC
Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
Ensure sales team maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports.
Represent AMC at corporate events or sales meetings.
Determine customers’ financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Advise prospects/customers on the suitability and value of property.
Effectively managing external agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team and ensuring every member of the team has the necessary resources to achieve the set targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years experience.
