Job Roles


The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for:



  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes/minutes of meetings.

  • Assist in preparing meetings and training rooms.

  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

  • Sorting and distributing mail.


Requirements


Minimum Educational Qualification:



  • First Degree in Management or a Humanity-related discipline.

  • MBA and any related professional certification/membership will be an added advantage.


Experience:



  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a Front Desk Officer in an organized firm.


Skills and Competencies:



  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to prepare spreadsheets.

  • High leadership skills with an emphasis on teamwork and productivity.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
