• Our Client, a diverse portfolio company providing opportunities for people across borders in the Real Estate Sector, is looking for a resolute Client Service/Sales Executive for our client.


• The Client Service/Sales Service Executive will capitalize on opportunities, formulate appropriate marketing and sales strategies for the expansion of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.


• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.


• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.


• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines .


• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.


• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.


• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

• HND/BSC in any field


• 2-3years cognate experience as a Client Engagement Officer


• Excellent team player.


• He / She must work with less Supervision


• B2B Sales & Marketing skills.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Proven sales track record.
