An experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the resources, personnel, and processes required to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of E&E Integrated Solutions, including managing personnel, resources, and processes to ensure that the company's goals are met
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize productivity and efficiency. Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, ensuring that they are meeting performance targets and providing exceptional service to customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, business partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure we have access to the necessary resources.
Coordinate the closure of new business by ensuring that the client’s requirements are understood, and the quotations are sent out on time.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed according to customer requirements, on time, and within budget.
Send daily operational reports to the management. Identify and manage operational risks to minimize their impact on the company.
Requirements
A Degree in any Technical field, Business Administration or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an operations or project supervisor or in a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication (writing and speaking), interpersonal and technical skills.
Experience working with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources.
