JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Oversees and facilitates resources management, administration procedures and documentation

  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies

  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders

  • Preparing expense reports, events, and office budgets.

  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

  • Ensure materials are appropriately stored

  • Manage the repair of equipment

  • Responsible for supervising and accounting for all inventory

  • Help in organizing events, including ordering materials

  • Assisting the HR department with personnel databases

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Assist in setting up and tearing down at event venues

  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.

  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • BSc/HND in any field

  • 1-3 years experience working in a similar setting

  • Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with common office productivity software

  • Excellent organizational abilities and self-starting personality

  • Prior experience using spreadsheet software, including Excel

  • Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow.
