  • This individual would be responsible ensuring timely, successful development and implementation of designed products and service ideas, key to the business performance and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities



  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the Company’s relationship with them

  • Closes and grows sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients

  • Implements Business Development plans by building corporate relationships with customers and the industry/market leaders.

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the Company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market

  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and direct interaction with business owners and managers.

  • Expand market awareness of the company products and the industry experience by communicating features and benefits of the products and services effectively.

  • Works with the engineering team to ensure customer project requirements are met in line with company/industry set standards.


Requirements



  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Management Sciences.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
