The Research Executive analyzes and displays market insights and product and experience development trends. You will also manage the research and development activities and develop effective methods to gather and process data, providing industry insights and supporting knowledge sharing.
Duties
Analyze research on market trends and competitors to identify possible new programs.
Analyze research to recommend creative methods to deliver content and enhance user experience.
Define parameters for conducting research to ensure the quality of information.
Engage participants from past events to identify areas of improvement for products and services portfolio.
Identify potential event speakers based on event requirements.
Present research analysis to stakeholders.
Based on market research, propose potential programs or Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) events.
Provide feedback on the usage of workplace technology.
Report budget use and spending.
Research market trends in technology applications to improve productivity and innovation.
Research new technologies to enhance content delivery and user experience.
Review existing customer data to seek out gaps in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) event portfolio.
Support development of product and services strategies based on market research and organizational analysis.
Translate market insights to advise on pricing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, or any relatable field
5+ years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills and evidence of the client relationships you have built in your current/past role
Certifications required by the position: ACLAM, ACLS, BLS, R&D
