Key Accountabilities

• Follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.


• Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product a high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.


• Housekeeping, cleanliness and basic maintenance of equipment


• Remove faulty products parts from assembly line.


• Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.


• Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.


• Ensure that all production targets and deadlines are met.


• Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.


• All such duties and/or activities assigned by management/board as and when required.


• All such duties and/or activities assigned by management/board as and when required.


• To perform assigned production operation related tasks in line with Safety and Quality standards.

Qualifications Required to Fulfill the Role

• Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Chemistry/Operations Management


• Specific Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills required to fulfill the role


• At least 2 years experience in a continuous process environment (manufacturing)


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-speed environment. Computer literacy will be an advantage Good communication skills
