Responsibilities


As an intern, you will be required to help the Customer Success team to;



  • Respond to customers in a timely and accurate way, via phone or chat.

  • Drafting or revising marketing materials.

  • Providing additional information to customers and to the internal team.

  • Help resolve issues with products and services.

  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and valuable discussions with customers.

  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

  • And any other admin task.


Requirements



  • Possess excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Great team player

  • Willing to learn and adapt to rapid changes in processes

  • Outside-the-box thinker

  • Very dedicated

  • Innovative and Creative

  • Required to have at least 6 months experience within a similar role
