Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, dirt, and old paint


• Apply coats of paint, varnish, or other materials to protect and decorate surfaces of equipment


• Mix paint to achieve desired colors and texture


• Apply logos, graphics, and other branding elements to vehicles and equipment using vinyl wraps or paint


• Ensure that all painting and branding work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner


• Maintain all painting and branding equipment and ensure that they are in good working condition


• Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure that all equipment is painted and branded according to Mevron's brand standards


• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used


• Follow all health and safety regulations when handling and using painting and branding material

Requirements:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent


• Proven experience as a painting and branding technician, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role


• Knowledge of different painting techniques, equipment, and materials


• Experience in applying vinyl wraps and decals to vehicles and equipment


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Good communication skills and ability to take direction
