Assist service manager to manage regional technical service, guide and evaluate regional dealers technical service and propose improvement plan.
Assist dealers’ technical service department to carry out on-site warranty and maintenance work and provide excellent technical support and service within assigned territory.
Regularly visit dealers/customers to ensure excellent after-sale service standards.
Review claims within the assigned territory in accordance with the company’s service policy, assist dealers to complete mandatory repair of equipment, submit claims in the DMS system, submit the application for payment or deduction of arrears and follow up on the settlement
Assist in developing and implementing product maintenance knowledge training plans for deals
Assist in establishing a sound aftermarket system and process to improve repair shop and service tools
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3-5 years of working experience serving heavy machinery including excavators, wheel rollers, loaders, bulldozers, etc.
Fluency in both spoken and written English language / French speaking would be an advantage.
