Working in a team of Life Planners to drive sales strategies.
Should be available and coachable to be given field support constantly to improve on selling skills and product knowledge, and to drive performance and quality.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum OND/NCE/BSc in any discipline
Demonstrable team leadership skills with track record of excellent performance and good behavior
No prior sales experience necessary. However 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales/distribution will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Creative, confident, and professional person with high levels of self-drive
Working experience in distribution roles will be an added advantage.
Must have strong Leadership qualities and have the ability to engage people to achieve results.
