Planning and managing a team of Life Planners to drive sales strategies to achieve business and personal targets.
Provide coaching and field support to Life Planners to constantly improve on selling skills and product knowledge, and to drive performance and quality.
Constant prospecting with the team to provide the business’ solutions to clients.
Directly involved in the recruitment and training of Life Planners.
Undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups and associations or corporate bodies with Life Planners. Drive paypoint (institutional) opening for sales with support from the Life Manager.
Handle performance improvement and management issues to ensure optimal performance of all Life Planners.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Head of Sales.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a first degree in any discipline
Demonstrable team leadership skills with track record of excellent performance and good behavior
A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in retail sales/distribution will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
Creative, confident and professional person with high levels of self-drive
Working experience in distribution roles will be an added advantage.
Must have strong Leadership qualities and have the ability to lead and engage people to achieve results.
