Job Description



  • We are searching for a perceptive, creative Administrative Goup Head with extensive experience in MFB operation and regulations, and a background in Fintech, to oversee our office operations and administrative staff members.

  • The administrative manager will work with existing team members, hire, train, and evaluate all administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally, ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities



  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.

  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance and Risk, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Bodies, and other departments to drive process and product development.

  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.

  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

  • Ensuring that periodic goals and performance expectations of the various units within the team are achieved.

  • Work with various departmental Heads to Set KPIs standard across the teams and to and drive cross-functional initiatives to achieve company objectives and KPIs.

  • Building and Maintaining partnership with Business Vendors and outsourcing Companies.

  • Communicate the company strategy and vision to the team, ensuring that individual employees understand and buy into the company’s goals and objectives and recognize how their specific responsibilities relate to the broader picture.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 5 years Managerial Experience in Banking or Fintech Organization

  • Must be a resident in Lagos metropolis

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.

  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

  • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
